Unless you have been living under a rock for the last two weeks, you will have undoubtedly heard about Tiger Woods infidelity and the backlash that has come as a result of it. The big question that everyone has is "Can Tiger come back? Can his image be repaired?" And the answer is, yes. Yes he can. Just look to Kobe Bryant for an example. In 2003, Kobe was charged with sexual assault by a woman in Colorado. He was eventually vindicated, but the damage to his image was catastrophic. Before the incident, Kobe's image was as clean as a window at Adrian Monk's house. After he was on the same level as a leper. He lost almost all of his endorsements and his image seemed beyond repair, but since then he has fixed his image to the point that he is marketable and likable again. He is never going to be where he was, but he is at least accepted again.
Tiger can do this as well and he can start as soon as he gets back on the golf course. He will do it in the same way that we started liking him in the first place, by going out and being the best golfer in the world. If he does that he will be accepted again. The stigma of his transgressions will never completely fade away but I bet 4 or 5 years down the line they will be an after thought. He was role model before and he can be again but instead of a role model on how to achieve the perfect life, he can be a role model on how to get back to the top after hitting rock bottom.
Tiger should also serve as a reminder that no one is perfect. We are all human and just because you are famous does not put anyone above that. I am as guilty of this as the rest of you. I have always been a fan of Tiger and I still am. I had the utmost respect for him before and needless to say, a lot of that has been lost in this incident. However, I do stand by Tiger. I am glad he is taking time off to sort things out. And I, like every golf fan, eagerly wait his return. I cheered for him before and when he returns I will be right there cheering for him again.

I believe this is what is technically termed as a "doozy".
Easily my longest episode yet. I couldn't bear to trim it. Maybe it's partially ego, or maybe I was just that happy with the episode. My original concept was ridiculously ambitious and would have taken me... probably ten times as long to finish. So I just took all the best ideas I had from that and made a fairly simple version, and I honestly think it works better this way. Special thanks to Linkara of Atop The 4th Wall fame for cameoing as the merchant.
So yes, this is the penultimate episode of season two of YGOTAS. The finale will be premiered live at MAGFest 8 in Alexandria, VA. Come on down if you wanna watch the episode with me and a ton of other crazed fans. There may even be one or two surprises in store.

I literally had the idea for this video about five hours ago. Wrote a script in ten minutes. Asked some of my voice actor buddies to join in. And voila.
I think it turned out pretty darn awesome.

I was prescribed another medication, and it works so much better than the crap I had before. Thank God.
Yesterday I went downtown to pick Keith up at work on Temple's campus, and then we went to the student center to play some pool. I lost, of course, but whatever. We then hopped on the train and got close to Center City. We walked down to South Street and then got some DIVINE pizza from Lorenzo and Sons. Not kidding, a slice of pizza is bigger than the size of a human face. Freaking nuts, but freaking delicious. Came home and then just hung around like bums because obviously we were so full.
Today I (and mom) decorated 90% of the house. We just need to do the kitchen and little tidbits around the house. I'm not including the tree here since that's separate, and we'll be doing that next weekend. WOO. That's mostly me too. I'm the self-proclaimed house decorator. Since I have a good groove, it doesn't really take all that long to dress up the house now.
Now Jen, Rob, and Jason are over, and now we're going to have a huge family dinner (Thanksgiving style) in about an hour or so. I'm so super duper hungry, even though I had 2 1/2 monstrous Lorenzo slices yesterday.
Tomorrow I have to go shopping with dad and then study/do papers. Shouldn't be so bad, I guess.

So this is a fairly significant event for me, as it's my first ever video with an actual honest-to-god professional voice actor performing in it. That's right, Jon St. John, AKA the voice of Big The Cat and Duke Nukem, offered to provide a voice for any promotional stuff we did for MAGFest 8 (January 1st to the 4th in Alexandria, VA) and I jumped at the chance to do a YGOTAS video that involved his character.
Regarding MAGFest, I will indeed be showing up there as a guest, alongside the people mentioned in the video - and, as it turns out, MasakoX! Yep, I'll be celebrating the new year by partying with my fellow British homeboy. Really quite excited for that. And then a little over a month later, I'll be heading down to London for another event where I'll be bumping into Masako again. I feel extremely lucky to get to hang out with the guy so much these days.
Anyway, hope you all enjoy the video! New episode is just around the corner. Give it a week or so.

Surprisingly great...
